## Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
### What We Cover
We offer a **full refund or replacement** if your item:
- Arrives damaged or defective
- Has a print error or quality issue
- Is the wrong item (not what you ordered)
- Is lost in transit and never arrives
To request a refund, email us at **shop@sadieslore.com** within **30 days of delivery** (or 45 days of your order date if the item hasn't arrived). Please include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue (for damaged/defective items)
- A brief description of the problem
We will respond within 24-48 hours and resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
### What We Don't Cover
Because all items are **made to order** to reduce waste, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Wrong size selected (please check our size charts before ordering)
- Wrong color selected
- Change of mind
### Refund Process
Once your request is approved:
- **Refunds** are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- **Replacements** are produced and shipped at no extra cost
### Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within **2 hours of placing them**, before production begins. After that, your item is already being made and cannot be cancelled.
### Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first — processing times vary. If you still haven't received it, contact us at shop@sadieslore.com.
